By using Ping2US, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ping2US. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• Company and Community accounts must use a valid business email matching their domain
• One account per person or organisation

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading or harmful event information
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Attempt to circumvent any security or subscription features

4. Subscriptions and payments

Premium and Premium+ subscriptions are billed monthly. Event sponsorship is billed per week at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content you grant Ping2US a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app.

7. Limitation of liability

Ping2US is a platform connecting event organisers and attendees. We are not responsible for the events themselves, injuries, or any other outcomes arising from attendance at events listed on the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
