Delete your account and data

This page explains how to permanently delete a Ping2US account — developed by Ping2US — and the data associated with it, whether or not the app is currently installed.

Two ways to do this

If you still have the app installed

This is the fastest way — your account is deleted immediately, no waiting required.

  1. Open Ping2US and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the very bottom of the page.
  3. Tap Delete account, confirm, and it's done.

If you no longer have the app, or can't sign in

Email us and we'll take care of it.

  1. Send an email to privacy@ping2us.com from the address registered to your account.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my account".
  3. Include the display name on your account, so we can find it quickly.

We process these requests within 30 days and confirm by email once it's done.

Before you delete

If you have an active Premium or Premium+ subscription, cancel it first through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your Ping2US account doesn't cancel a subscription on its own, since that's managed by Apple or Google rather than by us — cancelling separately avoids being charged after your account is gone.

What gets deleted

What's kept

Messages you've sent remain visible to the people you messaged, since removing them would also erase their side of the conversation. Ratings or reviews connected to your account may also remain, to keep other users' event history accurate. If you'd like these handled differently, mention it in your email and we'll take a look.

Lähetä sähköpostia, ja hoidamme poiston puolestasi.

  1. Lähetä sähköpostia osoitteeseen privacy@ping2us.com tilin rekisteröidystä sähköpostiosoitteesta.
  2. Käytä aihekenttää "Delete my account".
  3. Liitä mukaan tilisi näyttönimi, jotta löydämme tilin nopeasti.
Lähetä poistopyyntö

Käsittelemme pyynnöt 30 päivän kuluessa ja vahvistamme poiston sähköpostitse.

Huomioi ennen poistoa

Jos sinulla on voimassa oleva Premium- tai Premium+-tilaus, peruuta se ensin App Storen tai Google Playn tilausasetuksista. Ping2US-tilin poistaminen ei peru tilausta automaattisesti, koska tilauksia hallinnoi Apple tai Google, ei Ping2US — erillinen peruutus varmistaa, ettei sinulta veloiteta tilin poistamisen jälkeen.
