Step-by-step guide to activating your free Premium subscription.
Before you start, make sure you have:

Follow these steps inside the app:
Launch the app and sign in to your account. If you don't have one yet, tap Sign Up — it's free.
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar (rightmost icon).
Tap the subscription button — it shows your current plan (Free, Premium or Premium+). This opens the upgrade screen.
Scroll to the bottom of the upgrade screen. You will see a small "Have a promo code?" link. Tap it.
Type or paste your promo code into the field. The code is not case-sensitive — uppercase and lowercase both work. Tap Apply.
Your subscription activates immediately. You'll see a confirmation message and your account upgrades to Premium right away.
Each promo code can only be used once per account. If you've previously redeemed a code on your account, you won't be able to use another one.
Double-check the code for typos. Make sure you're using the exact code from your email. Codes are not case-sensitive.
Promo codes have an expiry date. Contest winner codes must be redeemed by the date mentioned in your winner email.
Your account automatically returns to the Free tier. You keep all your events and data — you just lose access to Premium features until you subscribe.
Make sure you have the latest version of Ping2US installed. The promo code field appears at the bottom of the upgrade screen after scrolling past the pricing plans.
